Delete your Velocomm account

To request deletion of your Velocomm account and associated data, email velocomm@velolayers.com with the subject “Delete my Velocomm account”.

Tell us the Google account email used to sign in to Velocomm. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Do not send your password or payment-card information.

Uninstalling Velocomm or signing out does not delete your server account. Account deletion does not itself guarantee a Google Play refund. For help, contact velocomm@velolayers.com.
