Refund policy

All sales are final. As every product in our store is built to order and custom-made upon purchase, we do not accept returns or offer refunds based on change of mind, sizing preference, or personal taste. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Production Defects
We stand behind the quality of every product we make. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect — such as a structural failure, incorrect dimensions, or a print fault that affects the product’s intended function — please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
To raise a defect claim, email us at jasonthecyclist.hk@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or video showing the defect
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion. We reserve the right to assess each claim individually.
What Is Not Covered
The following are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for a replacement or refund:
• Minor surface variations, layer lines, or slight colour differences inherent to the 3D printing process
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose
• Normal wear and tear from use in endurance cycling, bikepacking, or other demanding conditions
• Change of mind or preference after purchase
Damaged in Shipping
If your item arrives visibly damaged due to transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
