VeloLayers ("we", "us", "our") is a small, independent store selling handcrafted, build-to-order 3D-printed cycling accessories. By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our store.

Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify is our platform provider only — all sales are made directly with VeloLayers.

1. Who Can Use Our Store

You must be of legal age in your country to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide (name, address, payment details) is accurate and up to date.

2. Our Products

All products are 3D-printed and built to order. Photos and renders on the store are as accurate as possible, but minor variations in colour or surface finish are inherent to the 3D printing process and are not defects.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, discontinue items, or limit quantities at any time.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase — it is not confirmed until we accept it and process your payment. Since every item is built to order, we may not be able to cancel your order once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in the listed currency and do not include taxes, shipping, or import/customs duties unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but you will always be charged the price shown at the time of your order.

You confirm that your payment information is valid and that you are authorised to use it.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. As every item is built to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds or replacements are only provided in the case of a confirmed production defect. Please refer to our [Refund Policy] for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and branding on this store belong to VeloLayers. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our designs or content without written permission.

8. Your Feedback

If you send us feedback or reviews, you allow us to use that content to improve and promote our store. You remain responsible for what you submit — please keep it honest and respectful.

9. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our store may link to third-party websites or use third-party tools (including Shopify apps). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree to use our store only for lawful, personal purchasing purposes. You may not scrape, copy, spam, impersonate, or misuse our store in any way.
