Overview

A front-and-rear fender set for the disc-brake Aceoffix D10. The included VeloLayers front support is designed for D10 setups where the disc brake obstructs one of the inward-facing front-fork fender mounting points.

• Front and rear 47 mm fenders.
• D10-specific front support uses the bike-right inward-facing fork eyelet.
• Designed to avoid relying on the obstructed brake-side mounting point.
• Tested on a D10 with the original 355 wheelset and Schwalbe Billy Bonkers 18 × 2.0 tyres.
• Designed for clearance up to 18 × 2.0 when correctly installed and adjusted.

Designed for the Aceoffix D10 front-fork arrangement described above. Actual clearance depends on the tyre, rim, wheel alignment, fender position and final installation. Compatibility with other bicycle models or fork designs is not guaranteed.

The VeloLayers support is 3D printed. Fine layer lines and small surface variations are normal.

Installation and Safety

Careful fitting and adjustment are required. Before every ride, rotate the wheel and turn the steering through its full range to confirm adequate clearance. Tighten fasteners according to the bicycle and component manufacturers’ instructions and inspect them regularly. Stop using the product if it becomes loose, cracked or interferes with the wheel, tyre, brake or steering. The support is not designed to carry cargo or additional accessories.
