Overview
A 3D-printed housing for building a removable battery-contact bridge between a compatible SRAM AXS rear derailleur and battery. This original version uses an integrated latch-style housing and is intended for compatible derailleur layouts with sufficient battery-area clearance.

Required Parts for “Printed Housing Only”
The printed housing alone does not create an electrical connection. Additional compatible components and correct assembly are required.
The “Printed housing only — hardware not included” option contains only the 3D-printed body. To assemble a working PogoSaver, you must separately obtain compatible 11.5 mm spring-loaded pogo pins and one 15 mm OD × 13 mm ID × 1 mm nitrile-rubber O-ring.

Not designed for AXS rear derailleurs using a UDH mount or layouts where a fairing prevents the latch housing from seating correctly. Component revisions can vary; compare your derailleur with the product photos or contact VeloLayers before ordering.

Fine layer lines and small surface variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing.
Installation and Safety
This is an accessory component, not a diagnosis or guaranteed repair for every battery-contact problem. Confirm the fault before installation. Assembly requires suitable electrical-contact components and careful alignment. Ensure that the battery is fully retained and that the housing does not interfere with the derailleur or frame. Test operation in a safe location before riding and stop use if power remains intermittent, the battery is loose or the housing is damaged. Follow SRAM instructions and seek a qualified bicycle technician if unsure.
