How We Ship

All VeloLayers products are built to order. This means we begin printing your item only after your order is confirmed. Please allow time for production before your item is dispatched.

Hong Kong Orders

• Fulfilled by: VeloLayers directly

• Carrier: SF Express

• Production time: 3–7 business days (depending on item complexity)

• Delivery after dispatch: Next business day for most Hong Kong addresses

• Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched

SF Express delivers to most Hong Kong addresses including residential buildings and Tong Lau. Remote areas may require an additional 1 business day.

United States Orders

• Fulfilled by: Slant3D — a US-based 3D print-on-demand partner

• Production time: Approximately 2–3 business days

• Delivery after dispatch: 2–4 business days via UPS Ground / USPS (varies by location)

• Total estimated delivery: Typically within 5–7 business days from order confirmation

• Tracking: Provided once your order ships from our US fulfilment partner

Other Countries

We currently ship to Hong Kong and the United States. If you are located elsewhere and would like to place an order, please contact us at jasonthecyclist.hk@gmail.com before purchasing and we will do our best to assist.

Important Notes

• All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control are beyond our responsibility.

• Since every item is made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

• For US orders, your item will be printed and shipped directly from our US partner — you will not receive a package from Hong Kong.

• Import duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
