Returns

We accept returns for both defective products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Return

1. Email us at your store contact email with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
